Product Description
The DAF2 Alternating Airflow System is designed to enhance uniformity and dehumidification in fermentation and drying chambers by alternating between vertical and horizontal airflow phases. This system ensures optimal air distribution across all areas of the chamber, making it especially effective for tall trolleys and high-density product loads.
In the vertical phase, air is introduced through vertically positioned nozzles, flowing through the product trolleys before being extracted via ducts above. In the horizontal phase, air enters from the top and moves down through the trolleys, then exits via lower wall-mounted ducts along the chamber floor. Airflow intensity from the left and right sides varies dynamically in both phases, ensuring consistent treatment across the entire load.
The DAF2 system is ideal for Mauting KMZ and KMU chambers with up to 4 trolleys and KMD chambers with up to 6 trolleys. It is particularly well suited for products that require extended drying times or more intensive dehumidification, and for trolley heights exceeding 2?metres.
